Quick service and really cozy ambience. I wish they had more seating area. Really good place to grab a coffee when you're walking on the waterfront.

The coffee beans are great (used to be mediocre Toby's Estate, then mediocre Joe, now excellent Partners) with roast dates usually within the last week or so. There's nowhere to sit. Not obnoxiously hip. Their drip coffee isn't bad either (not always great), and same with the pastries. Recently they've been selling more tea. The service is friendly and efficient. A brilliant morning commute option.

Nice hot flavorful alternative to the ubiquitous chain that begins with "S." I'd give five stars, but the coffee here always has slightly vegetal notes, which would appeal to many, but are not my fave for coffee.

Acidic coffee!Eight of us went and only those who got the lattes sort of finished, and the rest threw them out. I guess nome of us enjoyed the acidic, medicine-like coffees.

Based on reviews I thought I'd be able to get a decently prepared espresso beverage here. I was sorely disappointed. Granted, my cortado didn't taste bad, but the milk was not steamed properly. If I go back, I'd try the brewed coffee.

Drip and Cappuccinos were ok. Lattes were horrible. Had to throw them away.
