One of the best places for a salad in the Loop, easily. Good quality ingredients and you'll probably leave full. It's expensive though - if you let yourself put on the toppings you want, you'll likely pay $15 after tax.

Best Greek salad! Quality ingredients make this a better option than standard salad spots.

I have been eating at beleaf since it opened a couple of years ago. I stopped by Friday for a Chi-Cobb-O salad. I substituted dates for avocado to add a little sweetness. I am impressed how quickly the salad makers get me through the line. The ingredients are always fresh and the cleanliness is amazing. While I usually order the salads during warmer weather I am almost looking forward to Chicago cold arriving so I can start enjoying the warm grain bowls again. Looking forward to my next healthy meal.

Be Leaf is by far my favorite lunch spot in the Loop and definitely the lunch salad in Chicago. It has THE MOST options for toppings (some of them I can't even pronounce). The suggested salads are all unique and taste amazing. My favorite (as a vegetarian) is the Falafel-osophy with the maple dressing. All the ingredients are super fresh from local farmers and I just feel healthy and full every time I go. The line goes very quickly and although it may seem a little pricey, I have found that I spend the exact same amount anywhere else if I get a sandwich and chips. Also, I heard the owner sometimes gives leftover salads to homeless people around the area which I think is awesome!!!

Great alternative Chipotle bowls and salad selections. The salad sizes are substantial to what you get at a salad bar for 8 bucks. Busy during lunch time, but super fast.

Got the Hail Kale. Not really a fan of kale but this salad was amazing. The dressing was delicious. The salads will leave you feeling satisfied. Excellent for lunch or dinner!

Love this place!! By far my favorite lunch spot. Be Leaf is always super healthy, delicious, flavorful, fast, convenient... I could go on for another paragraph. Also the staff is always genuinely accommodating for when I can't make up my mind or make detailed requests. They are so kind and so service-oriented - really great food and wonderful staff. Be Leaf is honestly the best.

Be Leaf is a delightful restaurant. The staff are cheery and knowledgeable. They keep my line moving quickly during the lunch rush. The food is excellent! The salad is as fresh as a fine dining restaurant. The ingredients are top notch and unique. The variety cannot be beat. I also enjoyed the snack, cookie, and drinks Available at check out. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. I would go every day for lunch!! And even pick up for a healthy dinner options.

As a lover of all things salad, this is my go to. The signature salads are delicious, with the Hail Kale being my favorite. The make your own salad options are great too, especially when I want to mix things up. The staff is great and the restaurant, spotless. If you're looking for somewhere new to lunch, this is definitely a must!
