I love bd's Mongolian grill. Me and my fiancee take our 2 year old here all the time and its always fantastic. Great service and there are 2 specific grill masters I always see that are so energetic and amazing. 2 younger guys, both amazing and make us want to come back!

Place was way understaffed, our server was so slow it wasn't funny and there was no way that restaurant was within rated capacity. The manager and the guys on the grill were giving it there all but the servers definitely need to step it up. On top of it all, a couple with several children were allowed in with no shoes on their elementary aged kids.... Gross. I will not be back!

You can pick whatever raw food you like into a bowl(only one bowl) as full as possible, then watch a live cooking on a big round cooking table, that is fun. Good experience though.

Great food!! Floors were so sticky my flip flops were coming off but the manager said it was the fault of a new cleaning company they'd used and were cleaning floors themselves that night after closing. Only reason this didn't get a 1 star! Again food is awesome!!!

Overall nice environment and seating for groups/ family/ friends and they have good variety of food to choose from, to make it your own way. You're provided with a bowl and you can add any meat, vegetables and spices etc. Then you have to take it to their chefs to put it all together and cook it for you.

Wish I knew our waiter's name tonight. He was absolutely wonderful! He joked with us and kept trying to make our toddler smile. He was attentive and pleasant. Definitely a great guy! (Black guy, late 20s/early 30s, 4 year old son, had to go to Eaton Rapids to visit him) Hopefully that's enough to identify him because he deserves recognition for a fabulous job!

The service was good and the food was what you would expect. The reason for the two stars is because the place was really filthy. It wasn't very busy but the floor was covered with food, napkins, and other remnants of what was served to the previous customers. I was concerned to touch the ladles in the food because it looked like quite a bit of raw chicken cross contamination was possible. The lights were so bright the whole atmosphere felt like a college cafeteria.

The food was delicious as expected. The experience of watching your food made before your eyes from ingredients that you pre-select is always an interesting concept. Pro Tip: Folks, if you’re planning on eating at Mongolian, look out for the signs. Their signs recommend that you go easy on the spices. It’s that easy! I enjoyed my Thai inspired creation: rice noodles, shrimp, crab and scallops w/ lemon sauce & peanuts and egg, and a light dash of five spice. The guys preparing the food do a phenomenal job and are to be commended. They earned their tip from me. And so did Brandon – he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my birthday meal at BMG. I added photos and videos. If this review is helpful feel free to like.

Came here with a larger group and it was pretty good. Its hard when you have a 30 foot long food bar and a tiny bowl to try and navigate it. They only brought us one bowl per person. Makes portions smaller and quicker to cook (I get it). If you went through and got one piece of everything you'd run out of space in your small bowl. Food was well prepared and the cook was plenty friendly. I've been to Mongolian grills in other major cities where you can have 2 or 3 bowls which is much better. Its a fairly fun experience but the line can stack up quick. No burning want or desire to return.

Service was great! However, the food was just okay...for $16 (one bowl) it should've been awesome. To top it off we had to search for clean dishes; most still had food on them. We will not return.

Great food and great service. I go every year for my birthday and it's never a disappointment. One of my favorite spots for sure!

It was a different experience for me. I opted for vegetarian stir fry and they were considerate enough to use a different vessel and spatulas. The vegetarian options were good, got a chance to taste East Asian food items, tasty too. Lot of options in sauces too.

Today it was busy and understaffed. Even so, the few people they had were really hustling. The food was good. I like the shrimp scallops and fake crab.I watched a couple of people really piling the food high in their bowls. Their secret? Get the veggies first and THEN add the protein. It'll mound higher that way.Anyway, one normal bowl was good for me.

This was a great place to eat and unlike other Mongolian grills I've been to, they actually take the time to explain how to have the best experience when selecting foods and sauces. The staff with the exclusion of the hostess were all very friendly and service oriented. The ingredients seemed fresh and the chefs knew how to cook everything perfectly. Overall this is the best Mongolian grill I've been to, would definitely come back.

My birthday was February 20, and I received my coupon in my email on February 12. So you may receive yours on March 12 or somewhere around there. If not, I'd try logging into your account to make sure all of your contact info is up-to-date.

Yes it can as you are the one picking out the individual ingredients. Just tell the griller that you want gluten free and they will keep it separate from others food. They also use separate cooking utensils for gluten free orders.
