Phenomenal customer service and great selection!

If you're a plus-sized shopper, this Nordstrom is not for you. The company policy is to integrate the extended sizes with the straight sizes. Each time I visit I ask the SAs to help me find a white t-shirt. The first thing they need to know is which brand I want. I honestly don't know. I'd like to be able to move through the racks and find something that will fit me in the quality and style I would expect from Nordstrom. I don't care which brand. And don't even get me started on plus size dress options here (non-existent). The SAs are so helpful but they can never find anything. The service here is FANTASTIC (they're working their hardest) but they've got one arm tied behind their backs because there are so few options for plus size shoppers. If I'm not looking for clothes, this is a great place to shop shoes, beauty and handbags. But as a big name, high end department store with over TEN THOUSAND plus size options online, I expect a heck if a lot more options in store.

Fantastic experience with a bra fit. Hannah was amazing and clearly knowledgeable as the very first bra she suggested i try was perfect. The fitting room has fantastic decor and I felt comfortable the entire time. For those who prefer a robe is available though at no time did I ever feel self conscious. The size selection is incredible. This will be my go to place for bras going forward. Thank you Hannah!!

Bought a Christmas gift for my daughter. Original sales person was on the phone when we went to pay and eventually a second came. I asked beforehand for a gift receipt. Midway, the original person redid the sale and no gift receipt. After placing it in a bag I asked about a box, she then proceeded to remove the gift from the bag and plopped it in a box. I asked for the bag and we left. Now as we are getting ready to wrap, there is no tissue in the box. Last year the salesperson placed The gift in tissue and into the box without asking and I was pleased. This time, it felt like a half baked transaction. Unlike previous Nordstrom’s experiences.

Probably the best shopping experience I've had in recent memory. Definitely recommend utilizing the personal shopper service. They made shopping such a seamless experience.

Beautiful products, friendly staff, and a cafe that makes an amazing caramel macchiato, Nordstrom has got it all done right!

Good place to be cheap clothes

I enjoy shopping at this mall. There are a lot of different stores to choose from depending on what you're looking for. From food items to clothing to health products and passport photographs, there is practically nothing you can't get at this location.It also provides parking and is located on the heart of the city with amazing views and places.

Very nice coffee bar in this store. Expensive but nice an occasional treat as absolutely delicious! Thank you.

Snobby employees, overpriced items. If you like that kind of thing or you make a lot of money, they’ll be nice to you. But they’re not good at genuine customer service.

Great items for sale but a little bit outside my price range. They do have clearance items but they don't have too much. I love the look of the place and the location is great because it's right beside the bus station.

I was able to buy all my Christmas presents here, very good variety of stores.
