Good store. Everyone is nice. I wish they have had a better quality stuff for the price there, like they used to have few years ago. Otherwise it's still a good store, clean and nice looking.

The cleanest, and best merchandised Nordstrom in the Puget Sound consistently. It also boasts the friendliest floor team I've seen as well. Overall a fantastic location without having to go into the city proper.

For the shopping aficionado in the family, Nordstrom will never disappoint. The customer service is amazing. They will order anything not in stock and ship it to you free of charge, the have tailoring, personal shoppers, makeup tutorials and all of the up to date and in seasoned styles you come to expect from a department store. They carry the top name designers in men, women and kids in everything from cologne and perfume, to shoes and clothes. Be aware THIS STORE WILL BECOME AN ADDICTION! LOL

Shout out to the gentleman with the auburn colored ponytail in Clinic- I explained that I was interested in doing mascara madness and I gave 2 cosmetic reps my contact info so that I could come participate; he indicated that the event happened in November but it would be worth it to ask management if they would honor the promo. He asked and confirmed that normally they wouldn’t honor the promo but today they will given my situation. I was able to get the mascaras I had my eye on with the promo. Just another one of countless great customer service Nordstrom provides. Be more like Nordys <3

Really well thought out mall. Love going here. Wish they had more reasonable store. Even the mom and pop store are overpriced.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. From women’s shoes to maternity/baby gear, every associate has been helpful and knowledgeable and quick to offer help. I never feel pressured by sales people, but I always know if I need help, there is someone near by to stop what they’re doing and be of assistance. Thank you Nordstrom, you have a lifetime customer!

I like shopping at Nordstrom since I do love the best beauty brand La Mer. It doesn’t give us fastest result but the best long term investment.

Love shopping at this mall and now that it's Christmas time it makes coming too the Mall more exciting and fun. Everything is beautiful with decorative lights and Christmas artwork. This time of year leaves me with such warmth and loving feelings. Plus it's time to prepare for that ritual we all love; it's gift-giving time for our families and friends, maybe an occasional stranger who knows what our hearts might do this time of year. Well, Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas and a Happy Happy New Year.

This Nordstrom felt quite spacious compared to other locations in the U.S. however, I'll admit that they don't have as many high end luxury brands that you might find in more upper class neighborhoods. Regardless though, this Nordstrom still has everything that you would expect, with the number one priority being, excellent customer service. Can never go wrong with a trip to Nordstrom.

Hope she sees this review! Kaylee at the Hourglass cosmetics section was awesome! I usually avoid going shopping in a full face of makeup and usually dress down - I find it helps me avoid sales people. Lol. I’m pretty introverted and hate being overwhelmed by sales people. Especially in cosmetics. Kaylee approached me really nicely and wasn’t aggressive at all. She was super down to earth. I’ve never used Hourglass foundation before and she sat me down and applied it on my whole face. I love this foundation! It’s a higher price point than my usual Mac purchase so I appreciate that she wasn’t pushing other products on me too hard. Really happy with my experience with her and will return to purchase from her. Thank you Kaylee!
