Great service, great gluten free chips , quick service, polite smiley staff, ths k you .

Good food. Arrived quickly and hot. Dogs allowed in cafe on lead and under control. Cafe right on promenade. Had a good view of the bay and the lifeboats out at sea.

Always good food and drink, can get busy in nice weather and peak season but food has always been good.

Bay View is exactly the view you have from this lovely Cafe/Restaurant on the very long Promenade. Very friendly staff and most helpful. Coffee was lovely and it was good to be able to sit and not rush. They looked to have quite an extensive menu...catering for all needs.

Only had a coffee so can't comment in the food but staff were pleasant enough.

Nice enough place, they welcome dogs which was a nice surprise. The breakfast and cottage pie was okay, but the homemade crumble was pretty much tasteless and completely covered in custard (so you couldn't even see the crumble). Staff okay, place okay food sorta like school dinners but nice enough.

Nice Tea with extra Hot water. Had 2 packed Sandwiches which when opened we found out it was old and stale. The Checked the dates and found the date lable was blank. That's a no no in my eyes so took them back. I was then told that they were made fresh that day and the package was damaged. Since they were now ripped open how she new this was beyond me. I told her there wasn't a date stamp on it so want my money back. which I was refunded. Check what you buy from here

Excellent Friendly Service. Staff are Very helpful. Highly recommended. Food was very nice. Piping hot. Takeaway service is available, handy if you have little ones in your car or if you're a carer/Support worker and are unable 2 bring your service users into the building. Disabled parking directly outside the building.The menus are well presented. The restaurant is pristine clean as were the staff and their uniforms.I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody coming to Burnham-on-Sea.Also has a lovely for you across the bay.Looking forward to visiting again in the near future .👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😊😊😊

2 x bacon sandwiches..asked for it well done...came with more fat on and not cooked how i asked ...had to pick the fat off for my disable son so he could eat it...as he needed something to eat....hot chocolate was out of a machine that was so strong and Luke warm....had to pay for all extra bit ...eg..jam sauces ...spend a fair bit of money there...but will not be going ever again.....very poor ...staff ok...tables needed cleaning... Think I will pop over the road to brewer's fair..much more for you money...
