Great food and customer service. Local gem!

We had fried shrimp and fried crab claw dinners, everything was delicious! The sides were very good too well worth the drive to the Bayou, this was my first visit but definitely won’t be the last.

Best poor boy in the Bayou and that includes a long way down the road. Do yourself a favor this is that little spot that we all look for great food quick and affordable. Don't look for this interior. The pic is from the local grocery but....the food in this little place is honest to goodness good. Bayou La Batre is the Seafood Capital of Alabama and I sell Shrimp Boats. I know good Shrimp Poor Boys.

This is a great place to stop and eat seafood. Poboys are awesome and crawfish are even better.

Best food in the bayou. You really can't go wrong here. Their bread is real french bread shipped in from New Orleans. Try the shrimp poboy.

One of our favorite places to get good seafood. I’ve seen comments about limited menu but I prefer a place to do a few things great than a lot of things just ok. I have had the shrimp salad, poboys and royal reds. All of them are good. This is a real Mom and Pop restaurant where family is working the back and the front. Nothing fancy. No bells and whistles. Just really good food.
