Baskin-Robbins

I have been coming to this establishment since as far back as I can remember and they have always been nice and are cracking friendly jokes but here is the reason that I only gave this place 3 stars. While I think that the food you serve needs to be as good as possible and so does your customer service but one of the most important things in the food industry is speed as well as quality . Me and two others came to this baskin Robbins about a week ago and while the ice cream was great and so was the man who served it to us but he was very slow. We all paid separately and it took around 20 minutes for him to get our ice cream for us ! I also know that he is the owner of this franchise , I think that it would be a good decision for him to hire more serving help , not just on the later shifts. On the weekends when the ice cream shop is busy . Again I don’t say this to be rude or unkind , I just think that it would be a good move for the efficiency of the business!

Very popular Ice Cream Shop Lots of customers for such a small shop but a good bunch of selections ... Service was a little slow but the server guy was very nice & we'd definately go back 👍

Come on it's good ice cream what else you need to know!

Went with my family, my mom got a banana split when asked if she wanted the typical toppings of whip cream, nuts, and cherries she said no. The lady put her banana split on the counter with the toppings on, I notified her that she didn't want them, she took my mom's banana split to the garbage and scraped the toppings off then brought it back to us. In what realm is that okay?

Service was friendly. I've cream has dropped in quality over the years.

Good ice cream kind of spendy almost fifteen bucks for three ice creams kind of crazy but good still.

It’s ice cream guys, come on! The service can be a little slow but honestly everyone there does their best job to provide service for everyone.

Not the quickest service when more than one person is ordering. But the people that work there are always doing a great job. And who can hate icecream

I love this place and all of their flavors. Butterscotch this time was delicious. Sign up for their app and get discounts regularly. Also they send you a birthday scoop on your birthday (worth it).Needs more space to sit even if they had it outside that would be nice.

The man working was awkward but humorous and was very patient with my son. We enjoy this place every time we go.
