Terrible service. The high school girl employees are lazy and disrespectful. They sell ice cream.. they should be smiling and attentive to their customers. Smh! ATTENTION BASKIN ROBBINS: PUT WORLD CLASS CHOCOLATE IN PRE-PACKS ALREADY!! then I wouldn't be leaving you reviews with 1☆ dealing with the lazy girls who dont want to scoop out a special. They wanted me to pay $9 for the special package. SIKEEEE! My baskin Robbins NEVER EVER does that. 2 for 9.99 baybeee. Get in tune

I was very surprised to see how popular this spot was on a Saturday night. Practically every table was taken and there's even a private meeting space. It seemed to be very clean and large with plenty of flat screen TVs. Additionally, Baskin Robbins provides ice cream sandwiches now! They can be found in their freezer section.

This is a Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins restaurant. It's one of the bigger ones. They have college students doing homework and older people having group talks. I love the staff there they are all very nice and friendly! Very refreshing 🙂

Baskin-Robbins is part of a duo co-op with Dunkin donuts and they are open 24/7! Yes, 24/7 & they have free WiFi. This place is always alive and full of energy. The donuts are great but they sell out quickly so make sure you get here in the morning if you want to guarantee your fave 🍩. Coffee & tea are good as well, they do not have raw sugar but I can work with regular sugar for the sake of being open 24/7. Baskin-Robbins has their 31 flavors of icecream in various kinds of cones. They also serve pints and cakes alongside the regular icecream cones. This place is a staple in the community and don't be surprised if there are a ton of people around 4-10 pm.

So I did a door dash order and they text me talking bout they don’t have bananas so I said brownie they said they don’t have that either. I’m like well what do they have? So I paid for something and not getting it. Very upset.

I was very turned off by the woman with blonde hair. I said I have no money and I came here to study and I was kicked out rudely. I do not think she was even aware of how hostile she was. I am never going to go back.

Brought my wife to a study group from school. I sat at the table next to them. Was bothered by an employee named SHAMS who told me(but not the study group) that I have to leave. That I have to buy something. Even though I bought the group donuts and coffee. Why the hell is he singling me out? The place is empty!! The study group was pissed off with this guy for coming after me only. Never coming back!

The ice cream is very good and the service is great I'm sure I will comeback soon

VERY rude employees. Came in yesterday to get cake and stuff and they were all standing laughing, talking, did not acknowledge my boyfriend and I were standing there for 5 Minutes. Some other lady was looking back and saw us and did not say anything. What is going on with these places now? Never expei nice such careless and rude service. Won’t be going back. A new one opened by Milwaukee and dempster, will give that a try!

I usually choose to come to this location for the jamocha almond fudge shake since it tends to be better than other places. I came here today and the shake tasted like milk and water. Whoever worked at 3:30pm probably felt lazy to scoop enough ice cream for my medium shake.

Person on drive through barely understand the order. Made me came back again to re order.Never going there again.
