They still had Bubble gum ice cream! Could not get a free scoop on my birthday without voucher but it’s cool.

I've never had anything from the Baskin Robbins on Sterling & decided to give them a try. I ordered a premium chocolate chip cookie dough sundae through Doordash because I don't have my own vehicle & they gave me a small kid sundae topped with almonds. Very irritating.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but when I can't even communicate with the employee then how do you expect me to think I'm going to get what I paid for? I wanted a vanilla shake with chocolate syrup (why do I even need to specify I want it made that way with Baskin Robbins, it's a chocolate shake. There "chocolate shake" is made with chocolate ice cream), and a chocolate dipped donut with sprinkles. When the guy said "chocolate chip shake" and then started listing the variations of shakes I drove off and went to Steak N Shake instead. Very happy with my purchase.

Worst store i have ever been. Employees are careless of customer services. Seem like they were not welcome customers to walk in the store. I tried to purchase a birthday cake but the lady told me that they would not write message on cakes.

Spent 12 minutes in drive thru to get coffee.

Love the ice cream

The ice cream was great, but at our visit tonight, the lady behind the counter was preoccupied with talking to what I presume was a boss. I understand needing to discuss business, but we waited way to long for service.

Dont convince me to get a waffle cone if youre going to put my ice cream in a cup. Dumb.

Did not have many to choose from

Their chocolate malt was TERRIBLE. Was more like chocolate milk, ( did they cut the amount of ice cream to save money??) and the chocolate flavor was very diluted. PLUS they were expensive. I have NEVER been so disappointed with a food product.

It's right on the corner of the road. Parking might be a little difficult if you are new to this area. Good place for a quick bite. They do make ice cream cake right in front of you if you need them immediately. You can sit outside as well, they have benches.

The clerk didn't follow instructions making my banana royale so disappointed then wouldn't answer the phone when I called to inform him.
