Very slow service and the workers were having trouble listening. The tables were all messy and there weren't any high chairs available for our baby. It was a bit on the expensive side, too.

I would have enjoyed my experience more if I didn’t wait in a long line just to be ignored, all three of the employees helped a young lady behind me because it was one of their girlfriends. Not professional at all. Not a single employee attempted to help until I was almost to the cash register. Highly disappointed. If you’re going to have a manager, make sure they’re competent enough to run a store

There are so many flavors and they are all delicious! On the 31st of every month the scoops are cheaper so keep that in mind. If I could go there more I definitely would!

Basking Robbins has great tasting ice cream, but they are expensive. For anything more than a scoop in a cup you would be better of grabbing a pint of Ben N Jerry's or other premium icecream. But if you are out for a special occasion or want an ice cream pizza and dont mind spending some extra dough, their products are very tasty.

Nutty coconut had extremely OLD NUTS in it can you say GROSS. So even though it was only $1.50 I was MOUTHRAPED so it was not a good deal after I told the workers (who didn't offer to get me a different kind ) I threw it away. Won't be back too many other GOOD ice cream shops
