Bad customer service

Nice

Came to order ice cream asked for flavors of course because flavors are posted no where on the menu. It was obvious cashier didn't know flavors which is understandable but they didn't know where to find an employee handbook to find these flavors. The manager could be heard naming off the normal basic flavors and they only named about ten I sat waiting for more but there was none. I am aware of the fact baskin Robbins has 31 flavors for each day of the month so it just displeased me to know they were too lazy to tell me all the available flavors. To top things off when I got too the window we were asked again what we ordered and responded at which point a younger female worker contested our reply saying we said something else when even if we did nothing had been paid for. It would be nice to see associates who aren't against doing what they were supposed to but I'm sure this is due to poor management.

At this place if you order a sundae you get scoops of ice cream. I ordered a strawberry sundae. When I got it home it was just 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream with no strawberry syrup. And they paused making making it helping others who came in after us.

Ice cream sandwich was amazing! The gentlemen behind the counter really just was not helpful at all. I dont know what his problem was but he had a young lady help us instead. She was amazing & helpful but I dont think that guy needs to work with the public. Great Ice Cream Tho!

The food is just what you expect. The customer service experience was very negative. Donuts were smashed together. No paper used to separate frosted from glazed. Coffee was prepared and placed on counter without any acknowledgement. Just rude and they weren't busy

Employee was helpful with making my brownie sundae delicious. Gave me a list of options and choices for toppings and he actually chose the toppings for me. Best sundae I had!

Door locked and closed at 7pm even though they are supposed to be open until 8pm. This is a regular thing too.

Walked inside with the extended family for some ice cream. 3 employees just looked at us at the ice cream counter. We waited 10 minutes before Trinity came from no where to take our order. Got the feeling the staff did not want to serve us. I'll go some where else in the future.

Best Ice cream ever

Rude service for no reason.

Service here is pretty poor. Waited several minutes before I was acknowledged. Once closing time was reached the employees proceeded to ask everyone to get out because they were now closed. Pretty rude considering we were paying customers and that it was not a minute after closing time.

Decent customer service

Got my free birthday ice cream and they were so very nice to me! Woohoo!
