I needed a cake with a particular theme and this store did an AMAZING job! Picture is attached. Beautiful colors, gorgeous candles, real looking water and beach.....I mean I can't believe it they made such a pretty cake. Highly highly recommended.

Had a great experience. Good ice cream and amazing service

The guy working there did not even notice me walk in for literally a minute (there were no other customers at the time.) He was on his phone but at least he apologized, I put in my order for a double scoop with a dipped waffle cone. Once the order was done, I was only able to eat half the cone. Literally half the cone because the wrapper around the cone was glued to the cone, I wouldn’t be making a big deal out of this if it wasn’t the 4th time this has happened.

I am not usually one to make a big deal about things like this But this has happened several times. I have not only seen the workers and THE OWNER put the old ice cream on top of the new one and it drips down the sides of the tub. The owner is extremely rude and the service is horrible. I waited so long to get helped because one of the workers was on their phone and when they finally saw me they were rude. The prices are ridicules for the size and they do not fill it all the way. The place is always filthy and I saw mold on of the cakes because it had been there for so long. the new owner is honestly running the place to the ground, the old owner was always on top of everything and hired the nicest kids. will not be going back until they change owners because "G" as they employees call her, is making the business unpleasent

It was hot yesterday, and I wanted some ice cream. While looking for a flavor, I noticed that they placed globs of ice cream from the older buckets onto new ones.The flavor I wanted barely had any ice cream in it, looked old and was discolored. I asked if they could bring out another bucket, the girl looked dumb founded and told me no. Of course they wouldn't accommodate me, their customer. Won't be back. Thanks!!!
