Great great ice cream fun place for the kids

Always out of chocolate chip and sugar cones. Have been there 3 times in 2 weeks. Had to get regular cones and they were stale and no chocolate chip ice cream and they never give you napkins. Have really gone down hill lately.

Awesome ice cream best in town

Usually a great stop but once again they were put of mint chocolte chip. If this is such a popular flavor then it should be stocked more. This the second time they have been out suring one of my visits.

Great experience. Reminds me of my childhood. Still has the great selection. Wonderful staff.

The food here is awesome, but the workers have a scowl on their face every single time I'm there. Like they can't be bothered. Makes you not want to go.

Can it get any better??? An old favorite...Baskin Robbins...and newer favorites...Dunkin Donuts and Little Caesar's Pizza...under the same roof!!!! Great service, friendly staff! Plenty of parking, very close to the Pell City exit off I-20.

They have screwed my cake up two years in a row and they are always out of things I am not happy at all

For some reason, they never have Rocky Road when I go!also, I noticed that a lot of the ice cream has frostbite on it, which really affects the taste.This particular store, does a terrible job with a variety of flavors.It seems like every time we go, there is a plethora of exotic varieties, but never enough of the staple and most popular ice creams that people come for!

Paid 3$ for a ham & cheese sandwich. The sandwich was 2 slices Texas toast with 2 very thin small pcs of ham and melted cheese on bread. Could not taste the ham and sandwich very dry. I took off 1 slice of bread, added mustard and ate it. Worst sandwich ever and it cost 3$. So not worth it. I also ordered a birthday ice cream cake. It was the worst cake even the kids did not like it or the oreo ice cream cookies that were on top. The ice cream kind of tasted freezer burned and the cake was super dry almost like cardboard. Another 36$ wasted. I will never buy a cake from there again. Employees there are not very friendly either although the young guy that waited on me was pleasant.

Clerk was nice but it took ten minutes to get a plain cup of coffee. We had already ate our doughnuts. My specialty coffee took only 6 min. Poor girl didn't have enough help..I guess

Stopped in from a trip we were on, took almost 20 minutes to place our order (super busy), but the product was excellent and very tasty! This building is a combo Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin' Doughnuts, Little Caesar's pizza. Drove past it twice looking for a stand alone 😂. Would definitely come here often if it was closer to me! Girl behind the counter was super nice!
