Ordered a custom birthday cake via phone and was told I had to pay in advance for them to start my cake. I gave my credit card over the phone and when I came to pick up my cake, I was told they did not make my cake but yet they charged my card for the cake I never received.Unprofessional and sad that business is conducted like this in 2018.

We went through the drive thru to order a double scoop of chocolate fudge ice cream. We placed the order and were asked to pull forward with no total given. We waited in line for about 5 minutes and when we pulled up to the window, the cashier asked what we ordered. I proceeded to tell him, although I shouldn’t have to since it should have been in the system. He replied, “we don’t have any chocolate fudge.” I then asked if they had regular chocolate. He said, “no sorry”. I pulled off frustrated because this should have been told to me when I initially placed the order instead of having me wait in line only for me to get to the window and not only have to tell him my order again, but then be told that they don’t have it. This is TERRIBLE customer service!!!

Best ice cream ever, Awesome.

A group of 3 of us came into the store, waited in line for the family of 5 to get their ice cream, and was then ignored by the 2 staff members. Another customer came in and a staff members asked for his order. He told her that we were there prior to him, without us saying anything to him. We politely told the employee that we were ready to order. She ignored us and asked again for his order. A couple came in as he was finishing up and the woman proceeded to serve them while still ignoring us. Needless to say, we left without ice cream.

Got a REALLY COOL Raptor cake from there and also got great service. We got the wrong size for the “Happy Dinomite Day” cake but then they made a new design that was even better.

Extremely rude employees working at 9:30 PM on June 24, my husband and I walked in, there were 3 people up front doing EVERYTHING but acknowledge us... they just looked and continued to do whatever they were doing behind the counter. There was one person working drive thru...we were the only customers inside. I'm thinking maybe we were invisible, I know that happens sometimes...

Love this non dairy ice cream

Asked for brownie sundae and was told there were no brownies. Then asked for banana split and was told there were no bananas. How are you out of both of these!?!?!?

Fast service and friendly staff.

Brought our kids here the late on 1/19/19. Service was excellent and it was great that they were open late as all other ice cream places had closed. Baskin-robbins ice cream is the same everywhere, I'd recommend this location specifically for the fantastic staff.
