They are always out of the main flavors and out of half the toppings. Service is not that great.7 Months later Edit: They still are always out of toppings, They never have any bananas or hot fudge. They didn't have ANY toppings this time though. This place SUUUUUUCKS. Just go to Gurnee. All of Waukegan DD is usually bad.

Drive through service was horrible. I went at around 10 pm. The guy taking my order was talking really soft. He cut me off when I was placing my order. Didn't give me the right stuff I ordered . I had to tell him again for the 2 time. I usually go to the one on grand ave. Never again I come to this location

Arrived at 9 PM with 3 cars of new Navy Graduates and the doors were locked.....all these kids wanted was ice cream for their first time off base in 8 weeks. The doors were locked and 2 employees were inside but wouldn't even acknowledge us. There are no signs on the doors to show hours so I relied on your web site, which apparently was not correct. BAD service Baskin....what a waste of very limited Liberty time for these new Navy Sailors and a poor representation of your company.

Bad service told us they could not make milk shakes, and the freezer was almost empty of packaged ice cream.

I am only giving this place a five star review because of the young lady, Stacy, that’s working on shift tonight. She was managing the cash register, donuts, coffee, ice cream, and the drive thru with ease. She kept a smile on her face and never made me feel like she was annoyed by the fact that she was working alone and people kept coming in waiting for her to take their order. I’m sure she was overwhelmed with the six of us waiting to order, six waiting to get their order, and the three cars in the drive thru, but she never let it show. Her customer service was exemplary and her calming presence made waiting to order a pleasure. Thank you Stacy for doing such an amazing job as a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins employee!
