Nice place, bad service, there was a lady I guess the owner or manager, said to every one I'm sorry for the wait we have one on ice cream and one on doughnuts as she walked around and didn't help or do anything but talk if she wasn't the owner or manager she should be fired foreshore if she really did care about the place she could have helped

This place is awful, never have the Chocolate Mouse Royal ice cream flavor. Have asked repeatedly to reorder. No customer service at all. No wonder they only have a 1 rating on their reviews. This place will never survive. Terrible customer service.

Ordered ice cream, wouldn't tell me the price, then didn't have brownie that i ordered. Then told me they dont have any kind of chocolate in the store. Worthless place. Just go somewhere else. Awful customer service
