Common sense, be respectful to the employees and receive return respect, walk in to be rude and a bigot and you get what you give. I rate Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins 5 stars.

I don't know who you thought the owner was but you're totally off base here. The owner is a doll and also owns the Dunkin Donuts you feel is friendlier.

The staff here is extremely busy at times, especially sat & Sun and I have never had nor witnessed a problem here. The make over is awesome. The problem is irate customers who have hate issues and walk into an establishment and try to pick a argument by not being patient. All of Westchester posses hate hate hate hate issues and practice it daily.You hateful people need to discover, the young people that work here are not 40 yrs old with 30 yrs exp. It is a stepping stone through college.

They don't server Molten Lava Cake.. They should really make them. I almost ask them everyday. Please start making Warm Desserts.
