Lousy customer service. Went to get three milkshakes. Had to wait for 30 plus minutes. Shakes hardly had ice cream in them. Rotten experience.

First time there and now i see why all the bad reviews. Was in the store looking at cakes almost 10 minutes before i even got acknowledged (mind you, there wasnt another single customer in the store)...and that was just an employee that was standing in the corner talking to another employee saying "did ya need something?"Told them i was looking for a vanilla ice cream cake but didnt see any and the response was "oh...yeah, just chocolate"Customer service is awful. The cakes they DID have looked half melted. Ended up just walking out.
