Unfortunately poor costumer service, took unreasonably long for two scoops of ice cream. Staff did not make it clear to pay before or after getting ice cream. Staff was also inconsiderate when it came to ALL of their customers. You’d assume Downtown Chicago would have higher standards for their employees. Tuesday July 2nd, 4:30pm

Despite being understaffed, the service was smooth and polite. I was disappointed that no tip jars or such were available, given the staff were clearly working under frustrating conditions, and I hope management is alerted to the high quality of service provided on 7/13/19 at 11:30PM and works to remedy the work conditions so the staff are getting the support they need.
