Barry’s BBQ

We didn't eat a meal here. We got a bowl of ice cream to go. Nothing beats homemade ice cream. They have a buffet. It smelled so good. I can't wait to eat a meal here. For $8.95 for all you can eat BBQ, Cobbler and drink for adults isn't bad. You do have to pay $1.50 extra for the homemade ice cream. Although I think $6.95 for children (I don't know what age Child that is for) is a little much. My Grandson couldn't eat enough to say it's worth it.They are only open Thursday - Saturday. They close from 1:30 to 4:00 I believe. Over all I think it's worth it.

Simply SUPERB! The food is definitely homemade from the heart and the service is very attentive with a (masked) smile! Friendliest staff we have ever had the pleasure of meeting! We just found our favorite BBQ restaurant! Can't wait to go back!

This is a GREAT place to eat. It's just like the name a Back yard BBQ. Good food, good service, very friendly atmosphere. And they have a few choices of home churned ice cream that is sooooo good. And it's not expensive. Different foods on buffet each night and that BBQ ribs and Catfish is finger lickin', lip smackin' good. Go see'em!!!

Food extremely good, particularly for a buffet. I enjoyed the meats, vegetables, & cobbler (didn't leave room for the salad or ice cream, but they looked good as well). My only suggestion would be for them to offer a buffet price for one-visit only. I would eat there much more often, especially with the new Sunday lunch hours, but the people I might be with, such as my wife or mother, feel money-wasteful for $8.99, $10.50, $13, or whatever the price of the day, for just one light-portion plate. I would still want the unlimited buffet, & am fine with the price, but an option such as $6.99 or $7.99 including drink would be popular. I'm sure there are others whom would agree & increase their patronage as well.

Probably the best restaurant in the Marshall County area. I am always satisfied with the food and service at Barry's BBQ and love to eat here often. If you're around Boaz it's well worth a try!

This was our first visit the food was hot and fresh. The chicken tenders were really good. The icecream was delicious (butterfinger and vanilla mixed together was awesome). I would recommend you give it a try because we will be going back.

Great food and quick service

It was great! My family loved the ribs and BBQ pork. The homeade ice cream just topped it off.

The food was great and there was plenty of it on the buffet...the homemade ice cream was a nice touch...grapico soda since 1916...

Sunday buffet: The quality of the food is good. The layout of the buffet bars need to be improved. My review may be skewed a bit because I'm not a fan of buffets. They tend to be overpriced and difficult to maneuver. Both of these factors apply to this experience.

Food was delicious and well worth the price especially considering it was an all you can eat buffet. The home made ice cream quickly became homemade milkshakes but no fault to the restaurant. Too many people holding the cooler open for too long. I'll definitely do it again & hope you don't so there will be room for me 😉

I'm miserably stuffed. The ribs were really good and the grape ice cream delicious. Chicken fingers were yummy too. The price is right.
