Barnacle Bills

Best ever. I'm currently in Isolation at a VA hospital with Vets from all the past Wars in NJ.I really miss my times there with my wife. Amazing food and atmosphere.Staff was very nice and super friendly. I'll be going back the first chance I get. Do yourself a favor and check out Barnacle Bills.

Classic Jersey Shore spot. Just miss the peanut shells! Love seeing familiar faces from families that have been down here for years.

If there's one thing about New Jersey we have barnacle bill's, Hands down they have the best hamburger there is. Their Long Island ice tea is super delicious as well.. Can't wait to go back and get my California Cheeseburger ,they're always done perfect

One of the very few places to hit the spot with their dishes and description. I ordered a Lobster and Shrimp Penne a la Vodka along with a strawberry daiquiri and it was superb. For a quick bite or a nice dinner, definitely worth the stop.

Before I give you my review, I'd just like to start off by saying I am not exaggerating in my opinion. Most people do when they leave food reviews, but mine is genuine and authentic. I tend to ignore the critiques of the atmosphere and service because at the end of the day, it's the food that's the most important. Now lets get to it! My beautiful girlfriend had introduced me to Barnacle Bills for my first visit. Right off the bat, I ordered a Pina Colada (hands down the best pina colada I ever drank). I highly recommend ordering this drink. It had the right amount of components and the ratio of alcohol was on point. As for my entree, I ordered the Baked Seafood Combo: stuffed flounder, scallops and sauteed shrimp wrapped in bacon. It was so fresh and so flavorful. I will order this almost every time I go back. I highly recommend this entree as well. I left there beyond satisfied!

Noisy, crowded local hangout. A favorite institution in Rumson ideal for a burger and beer. Many of the servers have been there since the last century so it's great for those who appreciate continuity. Parking lot fills up around 6 so you have to watch out that you don't get run over by the expensive SUVs driving for an open spot.

Big portions! Burgers are awesome. Salmon sandwiches good, fries were meh. No kids meals but the hotdogs they loved and they were giant as well.

Was brought here by a local who is a good friend. This is truly a hometown bar. Local music, good food and fun atmosphere. Can't wait to come back!

Barnacle Bill's is a local restaurant with a great view of the Navasink River and the mansions that are perched on the far River bank. They are know for their burgers which are 10 oz; a little large for me. The game changer is their cheese sauce, which I recommend on the burger, fries, or just about anything else you order here. The wait staff is very friendly and uplifting. The only weekday lunch they have is Fridays, so the tables fill up fast. Come early or around 1 for better chances at being sat right away, or just call ahead to check the wait.

Amazing!!!! Best Long Island Iced Tea I have ever had. Mike, the bartender is the absolute best, always smiling. Todd, the owner, runs the best marina and bar/restaurant on the shore. Hands down. Legendary place. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

My husband and I went for dinner, not too bad of a wait for a table...approx 15 minutes. Nice varied menu. We had the roasted clams, shrimp and veggie dumplings and stuffed mushrooms for apps. All were very good. For dinner my husband got a burger and I the French dip. Very tasty and plentiful. Server was attentive and friendly.
