Great spot, the drinks are balanced and well made. The servers are on it. They'll make you feel welcome and bar pleiades makes it easy to sit and have a nice conversation. It's not to loud, not to quiet. You still have you're own space and can still socialize with others at the bar.

The Bar Pleiades located at 20 East 76th Street is in the Surrey Hotel, and i am under the assumption it is the hotel's bar.I have been here on several occasions when i was awaiting for my table to be ready at Nougatine.As me and my guests were escorted into the bar, the staff welcomed us. Very pleasant staff and serves with a smile all the time.

Great rotating drinks menu - there's the classics made well but there's always something new to discover and their special drinks have all had nice flavor profiles. Really fun art deco decor, swanky dimly lit ambience with cozy tables. Best for small groups unless you reserve the cool booth alcove in advance. Great date location. Good service. And there's usually not a wait.

Cute, quaint, after work classy. The restaurant is amazing. I ordered the lamb...beautiful medium lamb, with flavors I crave to have again very soon. The service was great, as they were very attentive, try the seating at the bar or comfy seats in front of the bar. The best seats are the booths...enjoy!
