Love sitting at the bar for dinner. So pleasant!

One of the best meals I've ever had. Brought my girlfriend for her birthday. We both did the chef's sampler and WOW. 10/10 go, and then see if you're lucky enough to make it into their Bar Fortuna...

The food was well prepared but not outstanding. Service was friendly, unobtrusive and excellent. Portions were small in my opinion and that includes the drink pours. Ridiculously small salad appetizer. Overpriced with respect to both quality and quantity. Very European including charging for bread for the table.

One of the best meals I have had in a while.

Delicious italian food. The eggplant was delicious, best described as an eggplant lasagna parmigiana. The branzino was also quite tasty.

One of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to. Fantastic food, and I mean *really* fantastic - the kind of food that makes you almost reluctant to start the next course because you don't want the flavours from the previous course to go... also great wines and a really fun atmosphere. But what really topped it it all off were the staff and the sheer quality of service. My particular thanks to Edna and Linden and everyone who had anything to do with hiring them. An exceptional restaurant and, considering the quality, amazingly well-priced. I will be back

One of the best Italian restaurants in NYC

Absolutely loved this place. Was over from London for the week and decided to try based on good reviews. Great setting, great food and great service. Hope they branch out to the UK!

The pasta was excellent but everything else felt subpar. The meet was overpriced for its quality, some potatoes were undercooked, the desserts were tasteless and the bread was... missing (we didn’t ask for it but that should be a must in any italian restaurant).

The pasta is the highlight here - branzino and sides were OK but cmon, you’re at an Italian spot. Live a little.

Food was decent, ingredients were top notch but the dishes were just a little off. The squid was well cooked but just a little under seasoned and served like warm. Meatballs tasted great but might have been over worked a bit, making them a little mealy.Pastas were decent, however the steak was over cooked. Nice space but also very noisy.

The whole experience was amazing. Service was fantastic. All the staff were incredibly friendly and equally attentive. The food was wonderful. The mushroom side dish was very very good but the Bucaniti pasta was amazing. The shrimp linguine was also super delicious. Everything tasted very fresh. Great ambience. Feels classy but in no way over the top. Definitely coming back!

This is a great spot for a date night or for a small group when folks from out of town are visiting. The dining room is tall and spacious, well decorated, and yet it remains small enough that the very well mannered wait staff need not be overbearing in order to provide great service. All patrons are visible to the staff in case any service is needed. The sommelier greatly benefited our visit as we described a wine and he aptly suggested a good fit. The food was great also. For appetizers, we enjoyed the Panelle and the Meatballs. But the main dishes of Gnocchi and Strozzapreti are really what shined. Enjoy the mains with a side of the Broccolini.

Casa Apiccii. Decor was subtle elegance. Food and service was excellent. Nice a quiet-easy to converse.
