Bar Cargo

Just moved to this part of the city and I was looking for a local watering hole, I think this place is it! Staff is great, the pizzas are HUGE and delicious, plus has a really nice outdoor patio area. Both my fiance and I really enjoy this place!

The pizza was excellent.The combination of chewy and crispy was on point. We also ordered the pear and arugala salad, which was absolutely delicious. I actually enjoyed the pizza here more than at Piece.

Great place for pizza, wine and cocktails! This is my favorite non-deep dish pizza in Chicago, hands down. The pizza crust is light and fluffy, but still crisp. There's a nice outdoor seating area, and the interior is a modern rustic theme based on a cargo container. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with the entire experience. Great atmosphere, delicious food, amazing service from Morgan. Lots of big-name pizza places nearby but you'll regret not trying Bar Cargo.

We had an amazing bartender I could not stop laughing, she told us some cool spots in Chicago, I personally just love the energy and atmosphere of the place

fine pizza with varying dough textures, but get it to go as the interior is just short of an 18+ nightclub.

Pizza is good and the atmosphere is fun. I felt like the pizza was better in the past. I'd still go back and suggest giving it a try.

Crispy Neapolitan style pizza and fresh toppings . Cold beer and a variety of cocktails and make for a very busy night spot.

Excellent outdoor patio, good selection of pizza and apps. Will definitely come back. They have outdoor tvs so would be great for football season!

Bar Cargo is interesting. As soon as you walk in, the bars structure is made from a shipping container, as is the kitchen. Hence Bar 'Cargo'. Open windows into Wells St. A patio out the back. Fun colors.The owners use a lot of Italian sourced ingredients. They're great.The lightest pizza base you will ever taste. I have never tasted a base as light......even in Rome.The medium sized pizzas are easily big enough for 2. I didn't see a large sized pizza, but our server said it's 2x the size of the medium pizza. Simple flavorful ingredients. You can do 2 different pizza types on 1 pizza. A great way to try the different flavors.

This place has really great pizza at a reasonable price. The small pizza can feed three people easily. The only drawback is that they use too much salt. We have asked them when ordering to hold the salt, to no avail. It appears the extra salt is in the crust.

Ive been here about a handful of times and every time, the food is so good. We mainly opt for the pizza/flat bread. The bread is always airy with the perfect crunch. Definitely recommend..

This is cool outdoor/indoor spot in River North. Great beer selection and friendly staff. Music is upbeat dance rn. TV's everywhere. Come check it out...."Are you not entertained?"

The crust in this pizza Is out of this world. I would totally come back
