Bar Baut

Creative, dynamic, approachable, temporary and good food; that’s what every location of BAUT is all about. We are constantly moving through the city and temporarily filling extraordinary empty properties! It's a Moving Circus of food, music and art! This time BAUT is based in Amsterdam West. The Magdalena-Chapel at the Spaarndammerstraat is a historical place. We are open for dinner, drinks, music and cultural events. The chef and owner of BAUT is Michiel van der Eerde. Michiel was one of the judges in tv-show ‘Masterchef Holland’ and received a 10- from one of Amsterdam’s most well-known food critics. BAUT offers an international cuisine. The menu is perfect for ‘shared dining’. Just order a few dishes, share and enjoy. You could also let the chef surprise you with a three, four, or five course menu. Every location of BAUT is different. The interior, however, is always raw and industrial with a lot of art and a laid back atmosphere.
