Bar 17 Bistro

The food and service was excellent! Orlando has the most beautiful sunsets and Bar 17 Bistro has the best view.

Well for starters the location is superb. Relax and enjoy a cocktail with your significant other while taking in a fantastic view 17 stories up. It is outside however, and can get warm in the afternoon hours. Dress accordingly of course. Best time to go is sunset,or after. The food and drinks were great,but pricey. Well worth it in our opinion. They had a DJ later in the evening,but it was not obnoxiously loud. Enjoy the view sitting on one of many couches,or large cushioned seats along the edge. Or belly up to the bar and relax there. It's a must go, once at least. You will be impressed. Casual setting but tastefully done. Modern,eclectic bar menu,and drink menu,for the adventurous ones.

Vegas style hotel in Orlando- beautiful. The rooftop views, not much to see, it's Orlando. The food was decent, the drinks were better, service below average for an Universal resort. Definitely expected better service. Be warned: Tourist prices are in full effect

This place was worth the visit just for the views of Orlando and beyond. The drinks were good and the food offerings paired well with the drinks the Mrs and I had ordered.Do keep in mind, that for safety, the rooftop will close for lighting, high winds, and rain. If you know the area well, you'll know that happens just about every day for about an hour and then clears up. I would definitely suggest checking the weather for the evening, just in case. It is actually family friendly and they serve pretty good food!

I had my girlfriends birthday party there and also proposed to her 😁 and got a “YES”. The staff are amazing. Jessica the event manager is such a great person to go to. John, and Mariah we’re managing the night and I can’t explain how helpful, available, and kind they are. I couldn’t have asked for more. The ambiance is so welcoming and you can enjoy a 360 degree view of this beautiful city. The food is delicious. The menu is diverse and ingredients are fresh. It was the festival of flavors. I’m so happy that I picked this place among my long list of 18 other venues in Orlando.

Nice views of the city, good food and service! Go for dinner and drinks or perhaps just drinks. It's casual but still has an upscale vibe. The music playing was a plus and at a good level allowing you actually have a conversation without any hassle.

Hands down, this is the BEST rooftop restaurant in all of Orlando!!! Seriously, the 360° view of all of Orlando is breathtaking and is one of a kind in it's own way. It was definitely a trip to remember and I'm so glad I got to stop by here on my trip. Definitely the best views in all of Florida, please DO NOT leave Florida without stopping by and enjoy this amazing lounge.

Great view from roof top of the Aventura hotel!

Negative star would be more accurate. Was there with a group for a birthday. Server didn't check in, had to be flagged down every time we wanted another drink. Once our drink orders were taken, it took way longer than is should have to get our drinks. Place is expensive. Mixed drinks heavy on mixer, super light on alcohol. If you forget to get parking validate you could spend $45 on parking. Someone in our group ordered wings, server forgot to put wings in and said they would be taken off the bill. Not only were they not taken off the bill an extra order of wings was on the bill. Happy Hour prices did not show up on our bill, we had to ask and a manual discount was put in. The server put all 13 of us the same bill that later had to be separated. Awful overpriced experience.

AWESOME place. We showed up with a group of about 20, and the staff was extremely accommodating, efficient, and friendly. The space itself is a hidden gem — the views are incredible, the space is sleek and comfortable, and the drinks are great! This place is a must-visit, and I go every time I’m here! Thanks for being so great to me and my group.

Surprisingly everything was well priced. Very trendy and modern atmosphere. They allow visitors that aren’t staying at the resort so we will for sure come back. Loved the buns.Insane views

Very nice vibe. Stayed at the hotel and decided to visit the bar after a day at the park. They had a DJ playing chill vibe music. The views go all the way around the rooftop allowing you to see all around even into the various universal parks! They do validate parking. The drinks are also very good. Seating is ample and very comfortable.
