The baos look good and seem tasty on the menu, but they’re too bland and basic when eaten. The pork belly one was ok, but the fried chicken was so dry. No toppings really, a few leaves of cilantro on both and some sauce that was almost non-existent. The buns were decent but could not stand on their own. Good service, location, vibe, but the food is unremarkable, totally missing something important at every bite.
