Easy parking, cozy clean atmosphere.... very flavorful, fresh sandwiches!! The iced coffee and smoothies were delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful..... we left wanting to return and try other items!

Definitely my favorite spot! The sandwiches and milk teas are incredible and I love all the snack offerings.

The aroma coming from here is even a 5! We came in placed our orders and waiting in the comfortable couch. The atmosphere here when we came was zen. They have very friendly and helpful staff here and the sandwiches are delicious 😋 and extremely tasteful and healthy. We will definitely be back here for another tasty treat.

Great place to grab a light meal! I thought it was a full on Vietnamese Restaurant, but it's mostly Banh Mi Sandwiches & Bubble Tea smoothies only! Sandwiches are a generous size and the smoothies are delicious. Nice spacious dining area and very clean. There are other snack options available at the front counter and refrigerated cooler.

This was a great bahn mi. Got the tofu and it was great. Very filling and tasty. Lots of fun snacks they're also.

I have been here a few times. The sandwhiches are a good size for a good price (5-6 dollars). The first visit had exceptional service including helping me choose; the other times were ok They also have other things like pork buns and Asian food products.

My husband had the combination special and I had the shredded pork. Super delicious. Will come back again.

Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Best banh mis I’ve found in the South Sound. The bread they use is perfectly crunchy and the meat is tender and flavorful. They also have a hot case of assorted buns and fried goodies, which are delicious and affordable additions. Have not tried the teas or smoothies yet.

Our new favorite place to get delicious banh mi and bubble tea!! My fav is the #2 and #9,, also the Oolong milk tea with crystal boba 😋

The bread is fresh, perfect balance of veggies and meat, the glaze or sauce on the meat is well balanced, just a solid sandwich made fresh in a comfortable affordable setting.

This place is AWESOME!!! If you want a great sandwich experience they have it!!! If you don't go you miss out.....
