Love this place! The lady/owner is super nice, the food is fantastic, and the price is a steal. I'd tried the cold cut banh mi and the bbq beef banh mi (best) which were so yummy and fresh. The fresh spring rolls were even better! I also tried the banh bao (steamed buns). I did not enjoy that as much as I didn't really know what was in them (there were three varieties and I wanted one with sausage and egg) and when I asked her, she didn't seem to understand too well. I ended up getting one that had egg, but they were very small little eggs and it was filled with a variety of other things like mushroom. It didn't taste bad or anything, just not what I wanted at the time or expected. Try if you like a mystery hah! They take credit card and serve shakes as well -- which I have not tried.

So glad to have found this place! The food is delicious, fast, and inexpensive—$8 for lunch for two, which is virtually unheard of these days unless you go to a gross drive-thru. Tip them generously when you go because they are really nice people! Can’t wait to visit again the next time I get a craving for banh mì.

Great spot to get a quick lunch for a great price. They also have a large variety of bubble tea which can be hard to find.

I had never really eaten Vietnamese food. I was a fool. This place has excellent sandwiches, soups, snacks and sweet treats. They are very friendly, fast and the prices are very reasonable as well. The selection is ample too. I have eaten here everyday for the last two weeks and have no plans to stop. Try the BBQ beef sandwich on small bread. Come on down!

There sandwiches are amazing so are there smoothies so healthy soon good and soon cheap!! Definitely suggest going there for sure!;)♡☆☆☆♡

Super yummy and cheap bahn mi sandwiches, bubble tea was just okay.

Great place, great sandwiches, limited hours. I would go more often if my schedule allowed. The Vietnamese/French bread is always crisp on the outside and the choice of fillings are excellent. Selections can be made spicy, so watch out what you ask for!They've moved! I can't wait to see the inside of the new place.Update:I've visited twice in the past two weeks. I love the new hours, new dishes. At this rate it will take me a while to try them all. The food is always fresh and prepared quickly. If you have 5 minutes, you can grab your lunch. I love the quality, prices and great service!
