Banh Mi Metro

Interior is spacious and clean. It's busy but not loud. Staff is no-nonsense, but friendly enough.Ordered the Lemongrass Chicken and Pork Belly Banh Mi Sandwiches. Lemongrass was perfectly seasoned and cooked, and there was a large portion inside the sandwich. Veggies were fresh and provided a great contrast to the chicken. Same praise goes to the Pork Belly. I was worried that there wasn't enough meat inside but it was perfectly portioned, and the rendered fat soaked into the soft bun beautifully, adding more flavour. Overall, a great sandwich, and an excellent value.

Fresh banh mi with a generous serving of pickled veg. Had the lemon grass chicken, which was well seasoned and juicy. Friend had the cold cut. A little heavy handed on the sauce. Bread was lightly warmed, fresh and chewy. Not the cheapest spot for banh mi but still good value for a filling sub.
