The service is too slow. We ordered our food then it takes 40-50 min. They served appetizer and then we waited 45 min. I suggest if u have at least 2 hr time for lunch then it's fine. But I don't like to be waiting this much time.

It's hit or miss here. Overall it's good. Sometimes the service is slow and the food is OK. Other times they are fast and the food is great.

Food didn't taste as expected. It wasn't expensive though.

A good place to dine in. I like the thai ice tea, but they do run out of it a few times

I ordered online and arrived at the restaurant 30 mins after only to wait 30 more minutes for the food to be ready. I wouldn't say they are understaffed as the restaurant had less than 10 people in it and they still were not fulfilling the orders in a timely manner. I arrived at my desk only to find that the chicken pad Thai smelled exactly like wet dog. I had several others confirm. I will not be returning.

My preferred place for quality Thai food. Service is excellent even when they are busy. The service was very welcoming and sociable. Prices are appropriate for the quality.

Pretty good food, but service can be iffy. For lunch, get there before 11:45 or it will take a while to get your food. Fried rice, pad Thai, Szechuan all are good.

Given the fact that it is the only Thai restaurant in downtown Cincinnati, it is not too bad. The service is usually quick and most of their food is tasty and very well priced.

Food is not good. Service is poor and they mess up my order every time I ordered. I gave them two chances and has blown the third! I will never eat here again! The manager really didn't care that they messed up my order twice and did not care about keeping a customer. So for that I give them one star

The place serves large portions and for fair rates. very nice employees. Will visit again.
