The meat quality is great and the signature burgers are just impressive. I also like places that ask how you like your burger cooked because medium is a safe bet to have not too cooked, not too red. It may seem a bit pricey but it's easily worth it. I'm not a big fan of the fries, however, to each his own.

Love this place, and I don’t eat beef. The quinoa black bean burger is amazing, bread is top notch, fries are delicious. We go on Tuesdays for the kids eat free deal. Two adult orders nets two free kids burgers. Can’t beat it!Publicly I have to complain about too many TVs in the dining area, but secretly I like that it distracts the kids long enough that I can have an uninterrupted conversation with my wife at dinner. ;)

Awesome juicy burgers that will melt in your mouth. Do try the place. Great variety of burgers with clean and cozy atmosphere.

You walk in the front door and head to the right. The specials board is in your right and you place your order just past that. They give you a number to place on your tablet and bring your food to the table you choose. It's seat yourself. After ordering, you grab your drink and wait. They were swamped but we only waited a few minutes. I had the Marmalade Burger. Amazing how the Marmalade plays off the arugula in this sandwich then add in the creamy Brie and this was an excellent sandwich. The fries are almost as good.You need to try this place.

Speedy service and good people. They are open during COVID-19 but always check ahead, you never know

Awesome burgers and sides. First time going and I really enjoyed the special of the week, a breakfast burger.

Good burgers, nice and fresh ingredients we had the fried mozzarella and sun dried tomato aioli burger, with baby spinach and balsamic vinegar, really good the patties was cooked perfectly and the balsamic vinegar add a perfect balance to the burger, the mozzarella was delicious, the fries are delicious as well, fried perfect. Definitely I will comeback to try a different burger.

This came highly recommended as a great burger spot. And it lived up to the hype. All their burgers are high quality beef and cooked to order. I had the TNT burger (medium cooked). It has ghost pepper cheese and jalapeños. I was a little worried about the heat but it ended up being the perfect amount of heat. My wife had the hangover which comes with an egg made to order. She loved it. Even our picky 2 year old liked it. So that was a major win. We also ordered sweet potato fries and they came with a white maple sauce. It was really tasty. I’d never had anything like that and thoroughly enjoyed it. Be warned it is pretty sweet. If you’re not a fan of sweet, this isn’t for you.

Bang Bang Burgers is by far the best burger joint you will try, hands down! They offer a unique menu, a cozy atmosphere to eat, and a perfect place to hangout with family/friends. The food is out of this world and I understand why they won multiple awards for best burger in the Charlotte area! Please check this burger joint out because you will not regret it. I would highly recommend trying it out if you have never been here before. The staff are easy to get along with and are very kind overall.

My daughter showed me a commercial/cooking segment on YouTube and we decided we had to go. The ad didn't do it justice! My burger was so juicy and delicious. The mushrooms & onions were sauteed perfectly and my fries were natural cut. Bang Bang Burgers is a hidden gem. You have to try them.

Top 3 burger all time for me. Great flavors, friendly staff. If you are thinking out trying the joint out. Do not hesitate!

We ordered takeout and it definitely lived up to the reputation. I got the TNT Burger with no bun and it was phenomenal. The meat is made to perfection and the combination of the fresh jalapeños, crispy onions and TNT sauce was perfect. my partner ordered the Bang Bang Burger and really enjoyed it as well. Their fries are really good and a good quantity comes with the meal. Will definitely be back several times.

The food here is great, but their customer service is absolute GARBAGE! I called and ordered two burgers, just burgers, no sides and no drinks. The lady in the phone spoke so soft and with a tone that I couldn’t understand her. When I went to pick it up my total was $24! When I asked her to confirm that she responded in a terrible tone and told me that she told me that on the phone (granted I could t understand her at all!) when I got home, I realized they charged me for fries, got my order wrong, and a self included tip!! Easy to say that they will not get my service again.

If you don't change your tip amount manually, the point of sales are set to automatically tip $4 on your behalf. When I mentioned this to the cashier , she was quick to compensate my meal at no cost. I don't understand, I did not ask for a free meal. I just wanted to understand why I was charged more than my receipt stated.
