Love the self-serve vibe of this place where you kinda just have to help yourself and take the initiative to jump on behind the counter because you won’t get your food any other way. Aesthetic is great. Fantastic energy. Didn’t get menus so we figured we would order an “Imaginary Taco” which would simply just be air and we would imagine there to be a warm soft shell tortilla in front of us coupled with imaginary toppings. Definitely recommend bringing your own taco from home so you don’t have to wait long to enjoy the highlight of this place, the patio, where you will likely also spot an employee lounging as well.

Whether you’re looking for somewhere to enjoy brunch or pregame for the Redblacks with some tacos this place is definitely a great addition to Bank st.

Was in Ottawa for the weekend and had breakfast here. The only Mexican item on brunch menu was breakfast tacos so we had that. Not very authentic but very tasty. Clean restaurant with good service. Not too busy for a Sunday brunch and pricing was fair.

Amazing food, excellent service, wonderful atmosphere. The gordita taco is outta this world! Will be back.

Magnificent ambiance! Delicious food!

I went for brunch on Labour Day. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the ambiance was fantastic! Our waitress was FAR FROM MEDIOCRE (wink wink you know who you are). I think Banditos will become one of my regular hang outs! Thanks for the great experience

Great spot! The staff are wonderful. The drinks are very tasty and the food is delicious!!

Had a great Sunday brunch here! First off, I love their decor and the fun vibe the restaurant gives off. Second, ample parking! Third, great food and endless refills on coffee! The brunch goes until 2pm I believe, and then it reverts back to their normal menu. The avocado toast with a nice runny egg was exactly what I craved, and the side salad was tangy and fresh. I opted for the tater tots which had an extra charge but was so worth it! Super tasty - will come again.

Enjoyed great food, great drinks and had great service - what more can you ask for?? Thanks to all the thoughtful, friendly and caring staff for making our daughter’s 21st birthday dinner party such a great success!!!
