The BEST fried chicken sandwich in the city. The company itself makes the best chicken sandwich in the country. That’s right, I said it. They only serve it during lunch time which is a CRIME!

Great food, great service. Some wines are priced almost the same they cost at a wine shop. If it costs twice, it’d still worth it. Love this place

Once again they deliver. The French dip is fantastic. The bun is like a pretzel bun but not so tough. The horseradish sauce that comes on the side adds the perfect amount of heat. The fries are good, not amazing, you can get spicy mayo with them which is tasty. The cornbread appetizer was delicious, it’s got jalepeños which add some additional heat and flavor. Wait staff was very attentive and kind.

The group that plays at Bandera have been there for years.... I've been going since 2006 but contact the establishment.

There was a group of ladies when we were there. We was party of 4 the ladies sat at a round table of 6 it was cramped by window overlooking the front street. Personally I would call making inquiries about seating large groups.
Like others have mentioned, reservations aren't required, but definitely recommended... Especially on weekends.

I would think that you could. The former Bandera in Los Altos, CA now called Los Altos Grill and owned by the same group that owns Bandera in Chicago doesn't charge a corkage fee for the 1st bottle and $15 per subsequent bottle... Very reasonable. You should just call them to be sure tho :-) When you call them ask them to bring back the corn bread too :-) The last time I dined at the Chicago location they had taken it off the menu...
