Bandana's Bar-B-Q Evansville IN

Friendly staff. Casual dinning experience welcoming to the whole family. There is a dedicated bar area with TVs and sports. The food is well do e with a tasty but not overwhelming smoke flavor. The meat is cooked with hickory and a special in house dry rub. They offer six different sauces, from spicy to sweet. Priced at moderate $9-$15 per person. Overall good experience.

This is the best BBQ in the area. I never use any additional sauce on my ribs. They are always cooked perfectly, smokey and well seasoned with a nice bite to them. The sides are also very good and you can get the traditional trio of BBQ beans, coleslaw and potato salad for no additional price if you forego the bread. The staff is always friendly and during our pandemic I have discovered that this food choice holds up to the traveling much better than most items in other restaurants.

This may not be the best BBQ ever, but if you are looking for BBQ in Evansville, I would recommend this restaurant. I'm not sure why they put silverware on the table because the majority of the food is eat with your hands. The prices seemed to match the quality and quantity of food. Of the six sauces on the table, the KC BBQ sauce was my favorite.

Bandana’s staff was very friendly, our waitress Terrace was great! Food was fantastic, pork melted in my mouth, fried okra was crunchy on the outside, and perfect on the inside! Could not have asked for a better meal! Garlic bread was soft and full of flavor. The wide selection of bbq sauces was great as well, although I preferred the original, they have one to suit everyone! Definitely a must stop, drove 2 hours to eat here!
