Great family specialty deli

Omg! This deli is a gem! It is worth a twenty-minute drive; in fact, people come from as far away as Meriden and North Haven.Everything is delicious: the stuffed cabbage, pierogies, and layered desserts.I suspect the food is fabulous because the owner does the cooking. My only complaint is that she does not have a store closer to me!

Everything is fresh. The ladies behind the counter is friendly and very helpful picking out food. I do not speak or read polish, the ladies always help me. Stuff peppers and Pierogis are awesome. Stop on and eatt

Customer service needs LOTS of improvement. So rude, they lost my business.My Puerto Rican husband and I stood at the counter for a few minutes while the employees completely ignored us. They'd literally glance at my husband and I with a disgusted look, then continue to either work or keep talking to a customer. As we waited to be helped, unsure why no 1 was coming over, other white customers came in and got served and left. I guess that explains why they wouldn't help us...absolutely racist and I won't step foot inside again. When we saw that, we started to put back our items and only then did the worker who had been giving us the disgusted looks ask if we needed help. Too little too late. Now I'm the disgusted one.

Craving pierogies? They have a nice variety as well as other polish specialties, cakes, a deli counter complete with headcheese, and a ton of little sweets. Now if only someone would start making gluten free pierogies

Good food, good atmosphere, great people

Truly the best Polish deli in the south east Connecticut. I've been coming here for 15 years or more, and I've always received the best service and always fresh and quality food. The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful. It's truly superior to all similar stores in the area.

Best grandmother!

Best perogies I've ever eaten. I buy them weekly. My Hungarian husband loves they're sausages. The place is immaculate and proprietors couldn't be friendlier.
