Great food.

Lily and Miguel are great managers. The food is delicious. Yummy desserts and coffee. There is so many options to choose from. The service and hospitality is wonderful.

You can grab salad, coffee and some snacks here.

Its not cheap by any stretch of the imagination and not cheap even based on what you're getting by scale volume or weight but the food,. mostly prepared sandwiches and smaller dishes, consisting of fish, meat and or pasta is good, very good and well prepared.The coffee is also very good and worth trying

This is my first bad review I have ever written but I feel compelled as the I couldn’t believe how bad the manager was. First, she was very rude and I won’t repeat what she said a couple of months back. Trying to give the place a second chance today she told me to find somewhere else because she can’t get staff to show up!

I was there this morning, 6/21/2016 at 6:57 AM to buy an Iced Cappuccino after having walked from Astoria Queens over the 59 St. bridge to their West side location. Unfortunately, I was rudely denied service by a very poorly trained "customer service" lady. You see, I was there 3 minutes before 7AM, their "official' opening hour, though the front door was open. Making light of the situation, I said I'd wait, but was sternly told by this woman, I'd have to come back. I left, thirsty for the Iced Cappuccino and starving for a good customer service experience. I walked down the block to Prett A Manger who offers Organic Coffee and handcrafted food. I will never return to Balducci's. They ruined a perfectly beautiful morning.

Came here for a coffee and chat and it was a great place to chill. Good variety of sushi, coffee and sweets and salads. Also has a lot of grocery items to purchase. While it’s a great place to relax, it has limited seating. Prices are also on the higher end.

Great place for a quick grab before the central park, staff is very nice there is a lot of options from fresh coffee salads sandwiches etc food quality is good everything is fresh enjoy!

The low rating is primarily due to customer service, I'm really sorry we were an inconvenience when we walked in - Its certainly how it felt. Two "toasted" bagels with butter that were barely warm with a helping of butter like it was coming out of her paycheck. I'm sure there are plenty of better places nearby.
