Passive aggressive and rude. I go in every weekend and get my family breakfast treats and coffee. I order a sausage, egg, and cheese on bagel and nicely ask if they can cut it in half (because it is too big to handle). In the beginning it was never an issue, and then every time I would get into car it wasn’t cut. Just went today and asked if they could please cut it, and that they never cut it anymore even though they tell me they do. When I got home there was a plastic knife stuffed through the container and it wasn’t cut. If that was my employee she would be gone for the day. Look, if you can’t cut the bagel then just tell me that, but don’t say ok and stab a plastic knife through the container because you are a miserable employee.

My wife and I love visiting Baker's whenever we visit home. Everyone is always friendly, and the coffee is really good. Great to support local businesses.

Honestly one of the best chain coffee shops to go to in the fall. Their selection of delicious sandwiches, pastries, and drinks can compliment and date or coffee run nicely. Their breads and bagels hit all the marks in terms of variety and flavor. The staff are always a delight when taking your order. I never have any issues no matter what wierd coffee or sandwich I order. All in everything, the atmosphere, workers, and great value for even greater food is why I always end up back here.

Nice place. Had chai tea and cinna-a-bagle. It was good. Friendly staff. It also have a drive through. Would definitely go back.
