The smell of fresh bread filled the air all around the bakery in the morning so we had to stop in. Also it has been recommended to us. Free pastry with coffee. All yum.

Hi Nancy. Some of our products do, and some do not. Our wraps (IN PACKAGES) and flatbreads do not contain seeds or nuts, and should not have allergen issues. I don't know if that was your need for the question. Pretty much anything else in the retail store falls out of this category.
