this company is the worst! especially the one on the upper westside! they gave me molded cupcakes and it was to late for me to notice because i was on the road back home. I've called the manager but she was very rude and told me to deal with it, that it wasn't her fault i didn't check my order. i believe her name was rinatta, i had to call back days later to find out her name because she didn't want to identify her self. i trusted her for my order to be correct and i get insulted like that. WOULD NEVER BY AGAIN.

I was gifted baked by Melissa mini cupcakes and they were so delicious. They are very small but super powerful in flavor i couldn't get enough. I also shared it with some friends and they were in love. If you get baked by Melissa be sure to try the tie-dye, cookies and cream, triple chocolate fudge, red velvet and cookie dough. Those were my favorite. They also have pretty gift boxes.

Disgusting..I placed and order online to get deliver in business hours...Friday the order never got deliver and they resend it back to the delivery address monday. CUPCAKES WERE NOT FRESH ALL MELTED AND THIS REPRESENTS A HEALTH HAZARD...NEVER AGAIN I WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
