Fresh hot food, Iranian style dishes. They have a marquee where you can order sheesha in the evening. The staff are very friendly and helpful

The fountain is free. The museum may have a military discount. Not sure though. You can purchase the tickets there, however they do seem to stagger entry times. So if you want to guaranteed entrance at a specific time...you may want to purchase in advance.
