Baguette Bistro

This restaurant was a gem of a find in East Windsor, NJ! I work as an IT field technician and often patronize food places near my job sites, and this restaurant won me over. The restaurant owner (Rosa) and staff are warm and friendly since my first visit (over 3 months ago), and I keep going back! The food choices, drinks, weekly off-menu specials & atmosphere pleases the stomach and senses!! Strongly recommended! ~ Bless you Rosa and your staff at BB

Great staff friendly environment and delicious food

Still working out some kinks since it is brand new, but super bright and clean. I ordered egg rolls which were nice and crispy without being greasy. Large pho was a great deal due to the large portion and the broth was crystal clear and flavorful, but was sweeter than I expected. Will definitely be back for the large Bahn Mi selection along with the other rice dishes they offer!

A very friendly environment, the boss is very nice and friendly to everyone! absolutely love the pho here and I always order the N1. The drinks are also very good and you should definitely try the boba tea selections :)

Wish we lived closer!!! Found this gem of a restaurant. It was so delicious, we ordered the same food to take home with us. The egg roll vermicelli was spot-on. Everything tasted so fresh and display of food was beautiful, with crushed peanuts and the dressing on the side to add to your taste. We just put everything together in the large bowl, stirred and ate. Delish! We tried both the Vietnamese iced coffee and Mango smoothies with boba added. Again both, yummy. Highly recommend! If you live close, we are so jealous!

We had the chicken pho. The flavor of the soup was great although the chicken meat was a little overcooked and tough. I enjoyed it all the same and will be back

When I first tried this place out maybe two years ago it was amazing. The owners are very kind and nice people. But the last six to eight months the service has been terrible. Every SINGLE TIME my order is wrong, every single time. I have gotten to the point that when ordering take out I sit at the table unwrap it and correct all I can before I go. The last two times...today including I did that and still got home and saw the sandwiches had the jalapeños on them that I asked to omit underneath the meat instead of on top as usual. (Allergies)Their broth is amazing which is why I kept going back. But I feel beyond disrespected at this point - I’m paying for a product and I should have what I pay for. I won’t be back.

I was desperate for food and staying in a hotel off the Turnpike. It was Christmas Eve. I randomly chose this place on Doordash. I got a tofu bahn mi and it was SO GOOD. I am so happy I ordered this. Would order again. I highly recommend this place.

Everything here is amazing! They are extremely nice, remembered my name after only one visit. The food is fresh and its hard to decide what to order especially if your already inside soaking up the tasty smells from the kitchen. Their smoothies are to die for. My company orders smoothies at least twice a week! Request the Mango/Strawberry. You can thank me later.

Very delicious Vietnamese. Very hospitable, friendly, cleanly and deliciously prepared.I've had a variety of menu options over time and each one is just perfection.Also, if you like coffee, you MUST get their Vietnamese Gourmet Coffee, it is freaking delicious.
