Food was good, not particularly tourist friendly. Worth a punt.

Lovely customer service, helpful and quite a variety of items. Order blueberry muffin and coffee and two other pastries...don't remember what..but a big thumbs up!!

Love the quality of bagels here! My favorite is the blueberry bagel. Just wish they had more variety available later at night since they're open 24 hours. Also recommend the everything bagel, cinnamon raisin, rainbow, and plain bagels. I get them toasted and they always put a generous portion of cream cheese.

The best bagel I’ve ever eaten.

Bagels are pretty great but a few issues I’ve had:Found hair in a few bagels; I get it, it happens, wasn’t intentional.Two times I’ve ordered a BEC they give me turkey bacon. So make sure you specify normal bacon when you order one!

My all time favorite bagel spot in the city. I dream about their everything bagel with scallion cream cheese! Not to mention the friendliest staff!! Their salad bar is always so fresh and has so many options!

Bagels here a delicious. Service is fast and friendly. Sometimes they get your order jumbled up but do their best to compensate you fairly

While I went with the plain bagel with plain cream cheese, they've got anything you could want. Bagel was delicious with a perfect crust.

Their GF bagels with tofu spread and lox is amazing. It's a little pricy though.

A good local bagel place with friendly service at the counter. Sometimes, the bagels can lack that firmness of crust that distinguishes a really good bagel from a so-so one. The salads and such are generally good. Today, oddly, I have the experience of having them mix up various items in my order, leaving me with a somewhat random selection of goods. Despite that, it was all pretty good. I've never had that problem before, so I'll put it down to one strange Saturday.

Whoever said you have to leave the city for good bagels was wrong. I came for a bagel and cream cheese expecting the usual. I was blown away. The light toasting of the bagel was perfect. The schmear of cream cheese was just right. The chew on the bagel is right under the super chewy, high protein flour bagels you find at good bagel spots. I think it makes for an ideal eating experience.
