Bagatelle Bistro

There’s not a lot of BYOB Brunch places and this one is amazing. you can get from 1 to 3 eggs Benedicts. Service is A1 and they make one if not the best drop coffee I’ve tastedDecor : 3*Service : 5*Food : 5*

This restaurant was recommended to us by our airbnb host and we went to try it the first morning we arrived in Montreal. The place was packed when we arrived but our server offered to seat us at the bar right in front of the door if we didn't want to wait. He was very attentive to us and consistently made sure the curtain divider inside the door was closed so it wouldn't get cold. Several other servers passing through the bar would also check up on us and ask if we needed more coffee. Food didn't take long to arrive for a busy time, and it tasted perfect.

Good service. Great food. Good price. Went for the brunch with some friends. We had a good time. Just a mellow place to have a great breakfast!

We were seated next to a table of people who were so loud that I could not even hear the people sitting across from me. It was to the point where the server should have told them to quiet down. The steak was not seasoned very well and not cooked as I had asked (medium). The people with me had the ravioli which were indeed quite good. A subpar atmosphere, but probably just unlucky timing.

Very good breakfast. Baguettes are always warm and tasty with just enough butter. I highly recommend this place for people who want to have a slight change in style of breakfast they eat. Unfortunately the potatoes weren't that great.

Great menu with a lot of tasty options. The bring your own wine option is appreciated too. Fair prices.

One of the best places to get brunch in Hochelaga. Space is tight inside, but during summer they have a terrase. Waiting lines on Sundays are short.

Shared a romantic dinner at Bagatelle. The service was really good. The waitress was kind enough to give us english menus. The beef carpaccio appatizer was really good. The pea puree on the scallops was cold and not mashed enough.. the filet mignon was great and the rack a full lamb had a good taste a well.Overall it was a nice experience and we will probably be back !

Food and service is excellent here....great prices....live the idea the the waiters explain to you the menu.... overall this place is great...the only thing I can see is that it can be loud at times ...

Had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant. Our waiter “Max” gave us excellent service and patiently explained the menu. The carrot soup was delicious, followed by Tortellini stuffed with goat cheese and spinach in a tomato cream sauce. Dessert was a lemon tart in a glass. Presentation, service, taste and ambiance was 10 on 10. My wife who is an excellent cook was very impressed by the food and said she would return again. Highly recommend this restaurant. Call ahead to make reservations as this place fills up quickly at 6pm.

Service is excellent and the food is absolutely delicious!!

We live in NDG but our computer repairman lives in this area. The young waitress was exceptionally friendly and gave me no grief when I spoke English. We ordered the tomato soup and two main dishes. The soup was excellent. I ordered the lamb chops and it was exquisite. My wife was very pleased with her main dish of duck breast. We will make this long hike again to come to Bagatelle. I heartily recommend this place.

Haven’t been for a while. We sat outside enjoying the morning for breakfast I always find going at different times in the day how service food quality etc can change. From experience do recommend going here early it’s not too noisy if outside if you go later it dos get busy and you wait. Didn’t feel like eggs just a light breakfast was nice. The bilingual aspect of Montreal is changing a lot as well,
