We have been going to Bad Daddy's for awhile but we will not be returning most likely. We have had several instances where our orders were wrong. Yesterday was one of those times they messed up on our order. We noticed they forgot bacon on my husbands burger and we were told we have to come in and bring the receipt for the mistake that they had made. My husband returns and the bacon is brittle and dark brown. I will admit when I went back in I was heated because we have gotten our orders messed up so many times at this place. The manager tried to say that it was cause it was jalapeno bacon that it was that color but we did not believe her. I said thank you and as we left the manager turned to walk away and laughed at us as we left. I felt that the customer service was not great. For the price you can get a delicious fresh burger and you will get exactly what you ordered when you go to Crafty Burger. They also have the best customer service I have ever seen. Their price is similar.
