Back Door is awesome. The owner is courteous and a ridiculously good baker. Their lunch menu changes with new sandwiches all the time and they are all made with fresh stuff inside. Good coffee and awesome touches like frozen coffee ice cubes.

I am forever grateful that the ladies at Back Door Bakeshop made my family very happy this Thanksgiving with their wonderful homemade pies. Many of us agreed it was the best pie we've ever had.When I lived closer to the area, I used to frequently buy their delicious iced coffee (with coffee ice cubes), quiches, cookies, and other baked goods. Everything I've ever had from them has been high quality and I can tell they care about what they do, which makes me happy to support this local business whenever I can!

I love the decadent cookies and pies. First tried them at the Christmas City Village Huts! Going to their shop this year. Gotta get me the peanut butter cookie . So Awesome! like my grandma made only bigger!

Our family loves the Back Door! The coffee is great and we love their selection of fantastic baked goods. Theres always something new and interesting to try. Our kids love the molasses cookies too! On top of that Gail and Dina are amazing and huge supporters of the community. Thanks for being a part of our experience here in Bethlehem!

Back Door Bakeshop has never given me something I didn't like. They change their specials weekly, and continuously outshine any expectations of them. The owners are friendly and accommodating, always eager to answer any questions that the customers may have. The shop has a comfortable vibe to it, a place you wouldn't mind hanging out in while you wait for your delicious food to come out. The food is never a disappointment; whether it be a brownie, quiche, or just a specialty drink. Give them a try if you're in the area.

Love this bakery! It has a rustic farmhouse atmosphere where everything is stored in vintage wooden crates. They offer light breakfast items (such as quiche and muffins), lunch (sandwiches and soups), and baked goods. Their lunch menu changes regularly, which they post on their website. They also have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I tried their mexi hot chocolate which was delicious- the cinnamon and cayenne added a little heat, and the house-made syrup added just the right amount of sweetness. I also tried their apple cider donut holes which were to die for. They also sell fresh loaves of bread.
