We used spend hundreds of dollars here a month with my family of 6 atleast; 1 to 2 times a week. One of my sons love their coconut tapioca pudding. He gets it all the time. However one day the tapioca was not the same consistency; more watery than normal. The man, who just sits behind the counter never gives water, said he will not give our money back and that's how their pudding always is. We knew otherwise. He wasn't helpful so we didnt argue... we simply just don't go there anymore. Now we go to Phô King in wahiawa, they give more vegetables, better soup in the phô, better service and the kids are happy.

i had not gone to this location, let alone Bale, in awhile. But I was decently surprised, food tastes great. The lemongrass chicken and squid was really good Also tried the sandwich with the pate on it, love the extra richness it gives the sandwich!

This is the place to go for pho. I have been to other BaLe Sandwich shops and this is by far the best one.

Their lemon chicken grass sandwich is the best on the island. We really like the pho, but the chicken grass sandwich is unrivaled. It is not expensive, so this shop is our go-to place for a quick lunch to grab and go. The service is great too. I love this place!

I come here for the beef pho and combo sandwich. Been coming here for years and although it went through an owner change, the food's still the same. The picture menu on the wall is from years before too so it's quite faded out.

Food is really tasty.

I got the tofu Pho to go and have been back for the same several times since. You get a pretty good portion and the veggies are very fresh. Flavor of the broth is average, but the other ingredients definitely are tasty enough to make it a good meal. I wish they did app preorders so one didn't have to take up table space waiting, though. Luckily both times I've been there was ample space to be had.

Never Fails. From seafood pho to plate menus, complemented with sandwiches, never fails. In addition, accepts VISA/MC, which is rarity to the Ba-Le chain including Pearlridge which only accepts cash (mind I that they only specialize in sandwiches, which is still good though).

I heard about this place from a local in town- it didn't disappoint! The lemongrass chicken sandwich was unbelievable! The bread was fresh and the chicken was extremely flavorful. If you're short on time, call ahead so you can swing in and pick it up! Will definitely be back here.

Good pho. Generous portions. Excellent service. Nice cross section of patrons. Good lunch spot.
