The bald guy is extremely rude. Does not offer people receipts and makes faces at customer behind their backs. Bad look for customer service when other customers see this

Service was really good. First time, and the cashier took time to mention everything that was on the items we ordered. Meals came out hot and tasty. Can't ask for much more. Prices were on par for the area.

the margarita pizza is just blobs of cheese and marina sauce. don't order from here.

Surprise Surprise surprise.😲😲😲😲..I ordered a slice of vegetarian pizza and buffalo chicken and was very pleased with the results. Very tasty and filling. 4**** for my order,..very friendly employee who served me.🙋🏾‍♂️

I HAVE ORDERED WITH THIS RESTAURANT SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST , THE DELIVERY IS ALWAYS LONG SO I ALLOW TIME FOR IT. NO EXCEPTION TODAY (BIG SURPRISE) THE DELIVERY GUY ARRIVED ABOUT AN HOUR AND 10 MINUTES FROM THE TIME I ORDERED AND LEFT AFTER ABOUT 3 MINUTES OF WAITING IN THE LOBBY FOR ME TO COME DOWNSTAIRS OF A HIGH RISE BUILDING (IT TAKES ABOUT TWO MINUTES JUST TO GET DOWNSTAIRS BTW) TRYING TO GIVE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT I CALLED THE RESTAURANT IMMEDIATELY AND WAS TOLD THE DRIVER JUST LEFT AND WILL BE RIGHT BACK....WELL 35 MINUTES LATER AND NO DELIVERY. NEEDLESS TO SAY I CANCELLED MY ORDER..BETWEEN THE EXTREME WAIT TIME ORIGINALLY AND THE ADDED 34 MINUTES (1 HOUR 43 MINUTES IN TOTAL) I WILL PASS ON ORDERING FROM AXIS AGAIN...TIME IS LOST MONEY ..

They have the most friendly staff compared with the other pizza restaurants in Philadelphia, including managers, cashier, cook and servers. When I was here, they answered all questions I have without arrogance. Some pizza places’ server made u feel like you owe them $1K or something also force you to pay tips, but in Axis, they don’t.

Pizza at this location - delicious. It's so delicious. Service is consistently good.

Lousy pizza, awful wings, terrible fries! The wings came out cold with warm sauce poured over them. The bacon cheese fries were barely warm with one piece of bacon crumbled over the top. The pizza was wet and soggy and greasy! When trying to pick up a slice it was barely cut through and all the cheese and pepperoni slid right off! When I took the pizza back to the counter the girl took it to the baker and 6 people gathered around to stare at it! Terrible!

Axis is great for many reasons, but I definitely think this is the best pizza I've had in philly. I hate to call it New York style, because I don't even know if that's a thing, but having lived in New York for a while, Axis is the only place in philly I've been that does this type of pizza well. Most spots don't even come close.They also have a full menu, and a really good, huge, and fresh salad bar. The salad bar veggies and items are really good quality. Prices are also great. It's easy to have a solid lunch for less than $10. Also, there is a ton of seating.Axis is my go to spot in this area.

First time in Philadelphia and this place was just perfect for a late night snack. Serving sizes are large. Food was good!

I really like this place! It is clean, the people are nice. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with spinach and mushrooms added. The sandwich was generously made. They have a fresh salad and fruit bar as well. You can sit in the dining area and watch TV if that's your thing too.
