Definitely the best buffet around. Homemade food , great selection. I went for a late lunch, around 1:30 expecting a lot of empty pans and food that had been lying around a while BUT I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was hot and tasty. Had a salad, fried chicken, potato salad, a wide selection of veggies, corn, corn bread and such. Dessert selection is huge and the pecan pie was excellent. All for under $13.00.

Not bad, we came while the place was slow some of the food had not been turned in a while and made it crust over on top but once It was stirred it is was fine. That being said the chicken and fish was the only thing that was really had any good seasoning, so you'll have to add salt to not sure if the meatloaf was all beef or beef pork but it was rubbery did not have a lot of flavor to it. It may depend on the night you come and time you come for me it was about 2:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday I was not totally disappointed and we'll give them a try again at a different time of day possibly a different day. So I have to say for now come by give them a try and the ribs were really really good.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. You feel like your at home, nice comfortable atmosphere. The ribs were falling off the bone, the shrimp were breaded and fried perfectly, the cantaloupe and pineapple were so sweet and the coffee at the end of the meal tasted exquisite!

Absolutely love this place! The staff is amazing and the food is great! It's true down home food, so don't expect a lot of seasonings...it's good all on its own! Most of all their recipes are passed down from their grandma and momma. We come here every time we're in Mt. Dora, from Jacksonville. So 4 times a year.

This place is just AWESOME! The food was fresh, hot and simply delicious. So many items to choose from. Roast beef on a carving board, BBQ ribs (so tender the meat falls off the bone), fried chicken and huge I mean huge chicken tenders, baked fish, hush puppies, meatloaf and so many to mention. Two salad bars with all the toppings and dressing. Don't forgets the veggies and potatoes (steak fries, masked, baked and sweet). They had 4 different kinds of soaps. Oh by the way, did I mention dessert. Well they have a buffet of desserts - pies, cream cakes, layer cakes, bunt cakes, ice cream, custards, apple cobbler, peach cobbler, and blueberry cobbler, cookies, jello & pudding.The staff was friendly and attentive. Family atmosphere (lots of parents with kids). Home made quality food at a great price. Highly recommended and you won't be disappointed. Plan on coming back often.

This was our (my family of 4) second time visiting and I have to admit it wasn't as pleasant as we all expected.During our first visit the rating wasn't the best and we thought we would still try it. We weren't pleased and haven't been back in a good while until this evening.Tonight we had a party of 5 and our visit made three of us ill. The atmosphere was pleasant and the host was amazing. Friendly and welcoming which is big in any field of work. The roast beef was stringy and extremely fatty. On top of that some parts of the outside of the beef was a bit hard. The salad however was very good. Crispy and tastes fresh and the salad bar was kept very well. With spending over 75 dollars for 5 people where 3 of which have been experiencing stomach problems and those three didn't end up eating much.We appreciate being welcomed with warmth but we won't be returning until we can see better reviews.

I recommend you getting over there for a home cooked meal ASAP! This mom & pop has all the feels. A smiling face greets you when you walk in. Who doesn't like that? Good food, made with love. Fresh cut everything on the salad bar. Great quality of roast beef, turkey, ham, and chicken every way you want it. Their meatloaf's YUM factor is off the charts! Veggies galore (some Southern some not). On your way to your table you may want to meander by the dessert station to plan your "When will I have to stop eating dinner, so I will have room for this PUDDINGPIECOBBLERBROWNIEOMGSNICKERDOODLES?!"Your server will happily refill your sweet tea as many times as you'll let them. Just when you don't think it can get any better, you are honestly thanked for coming in for a meal and invited back. ALL the feels.

Great buffet, fresh carved meat at each meal. Check online to see daily offerings. One of the few places to get fresh carved real Turkey breast. Good dressing and gravy to go with it. I get full to easy but worth the price for quality and lots of choices.
